Question : "SELECT * FROM  Question  VB.NET

I have some problem with this line.

("SELECT * FROM [blad1$] WHERE 'C1 <= + ValueA) AND WHERE C2 >= + ValueB'")

Can the question look like that?

I dosen´t get any error when I write it. And no errors when I run it.
It just dosen´t work as I would like it to work.

C1 should be less then or equal to ValueA  and C2 should be more or equal then ValueB





I´m a bit new of this so every tips I got would be verry helpful!
