Question : Insufficient system resources exist t complete the requested service

Does anyone knows how I would troubleshoot,"Insufficient system resources exist t complete the requested service", errors on my XP pc's?  For some reason, some of my PC's are getting this error and I do not know how to troubleshoot it.

Answer : Insufficient system resources exist t complete the requested service

I ended just reinstallling the OS.  Thanks for all the advice!
