Question : need help with typing text on hotmail.

starting today, when I type a text, the letter I type replaces the letter or space to it's right, so letters and words end up erasing the part in front of it, one letter or number at a time.
I've had this problem before on my Outlook Express and I think it was a keyboard issue. Some key had accidentally been pressed. Maybe not, I can not remember.
I'm able to type normally to create this message. It seems isolated to Hotmail.

Anyone have any ideas?
