Question : [Outlook] Program Crashing -- Need to Disable AVG
Applications: Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625), MS Office XP SP3
O/S: Windows 2000 Professional, SPK 4

In brief, Outlook has been crashing several times a day.
In troubleshooting this problem I have tried several things (as described in the earlier posting), to no avail.
I suspect there may be some interference from the AVG anitvirus software.
Three questions on disabling AVG ...
(1) How do I do this? By unregistering a DLL or by uninstalling the whole program?
(2) Is there a way of disabling only the portion associated with Outlook, while leaving the rest of the program intact?
(3) If there is a way of disabling only the Outlook portion, how at-risk will I be to viruses and what should I do to mitigate the risk?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
