Question : I get a blue screen when I boot my Windows Server 2008

Tried Safe Mode and last know good. Still got "Blue Screen" and continual reboot
booted off windows Server 2008 DVD and ran repair then command-line.
Ran the following commands.
c:
cd boot
bootsect /nt60 c: /force /mbr
bootrec /rebuildbcd
Rebooted and still got "Blue Screen" auto-reboot.
This machine was setup to dual boot with Windows Vista Home Premium. When
I boot to Premium everything boots OK.

I suspect that the I have a bad driver. Possible from the installation of Acronis Echo Server.
I tried running SFC with OFFBOOT and OFFWindir options but it wouldn't run.
I made a floppy diskette boot Diskette on another Windows Server 2008 system and tried to reboot and it failed.

Is there a way to run a repair like on windows XP where the drivers are re-installed?
Or is there a way to force the system to do an upgrade to re-install Windows Server 2008?
When I boot from Windows 2008 media. The upgrade option is grayed out?

I ran the memory test successfully. The hardware doesn't have any problems when I boot to
Windows Vista Home Premium
My System is a DELL Quadcore with 8GB of memory.
My System is booting off the C Drive. with Windows Vista on the C DRive
and Windows Server 2008 on the D Drive.

Can I do a Clean Install to a new directory on D say "D:\Win2K8  and then boot off the new installation and do an upgrade on the old D:\windows instance?

Answer : I get a blue screen when I boot my Windows Server 2008

None of the soltions listed above worked to fix the BSOD. I ended up formatting the drive and and reinstalling Windows Server 2008 and applications.
