Question : Formul “=SUMPRODUCT” lost focus

Hi Experts,
I am having problem with “=SUMPRODUCT” in table 2 and 3 (Summary Report). I’ve no clue why all of sudden this formula lost focus. I hope Experts can help to rectify this error. I’ve attached the .xls file for your perusal.
