Question : change the default opening folder for Excel 2007

I want to change change the default opening folder for Excel 2007 (NOT open the files within a folder).

2003 did this via Tools Options etc, but this is not present in 2007

Well the easy way would be to add a new icon to your Quick Access Toolbar that runs a macro to open from the default file directory, but you would ned to remember to use that rather than the default Open menu buttons. You could also intercept the Ctrl+O key combination fairly easily if you use that a lot?
