Question : Event 10016, DistributedCOM

I am getting the following event 10016 on a SBS 2008 box.
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
The event repeats itself about 16 times in a row in the span of about two seconds. I am getting errors installing WSUS 3 SP2 as well. Maybe it's related, maybe not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
