Question : Login to local account on Domain Computer

I want to be able to log onto a local account on a computer that's on a domain with Windows Vista/7 without knowing the computer's name. If a domain user was the last to log in, they're account is displayed after next reboot or after they log off. After you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, if you click "Select User" then "Other User" can you log into a local account without knowing the machine name?

Answer : Login to local account on Domain Computer

Just enable the classic logon screen for Windows 7 / Vista and you're able to select your computers name from the dropdown list.

You can do thios by using secpol.msc or gpedit.msc and enable the following setting:
-> Computer Config -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> "Interactive logon: Do not display last user name" - > Enabled it !!!!!
