I click Ok there and get, "You can then click OK and get into the document, but this happens everytime. I have checked the virtual memory allocation and it is set to 1024/1568. I ran a repair of Office, and that did not help. Has anyone herd of this of have any solution? Thank you.

Try disabling your AntiVirus and it might work. Norton causes this.
