Question : Add Windows 2008 Terminal Services to a Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain?

We are attempting to spin up a new Windows 2008 Server to run Terminal Services, and also be the TS Licensing server. The server was added to the domain without issue.
When Terminal Services and Terminal Service Licensing is added as Roles to the 2008 server, the following message is received: "An error occured while adding the computer account for the Terminal Services license server to the Terminal Server License Servers group in Active Directory Domain Services."
We are still running a Windows 2000 based Active Directory. Our main server is a 2000 Domain Controller. Has anyone successfully gotten TS 2008 up and running in this scenario?
