Question : Messenger connection error 80072f0d
Hi,
My users need to be able to connect to the messenger service, we have over 270 users in 9 different countries, we all access the Internet through a common proxy server and we all can connect to the messenger service using the last messenger version available.
I have a brand new notebook x64 with Windows 7, and when I try to connect to the messenger service, using the most recent version of messenger it comes back with the following error:
We can’t sign you in to Windows Live Messenger
Error code: 80072f0d
I have followed the suggestions when the error pops up but to no avail, the error persists.
Could you please help me find a solution?
