Question : How to force Outlook to save contacts into public contacts folder??

The original solutions said that it is not possible to save new contacts into Public Folder. So, what good is the Public Folder then if you can't update with new contacts?!? Is there no work around, add-in or coding to solve this problem? Thanks!
