Question : Installing Visual Studio 2003 yields "Please go to Control Panel to install and configure system components"

I went to run my copy of VS2003 which I haven't used for a while, and when I did it said it wasn't installed. It was, and when I went to reinstall it, I got that message.  When I tried to uninstall it I got the same message. I have VS2005/2008 installed and don't want to go in and rip stuff out lest I screw up my other versions.

Answer : Installing Visual Studio 2003 yields "Please go to Control Panel to install and configure system components"

This was not the case, as I was installing directly from the CD's. I was able to solve the problem by bypassing the autorun and running setup.exe from the individual disks.
