Question : Problems with SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services Report Manager and Report Server web sites

Hi Experts,

I hope someone can help me.  I have been fighting this issue for *days* and the thousands of internet search results don't help.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I wish to admit, too.

I running SQL 2005 SP2 on our SQL server and reporting services installed on our web server.  I am using non-default web site.  

Report Manager problem: No toolbar is displaying (see attached file).

Report Server problem: receive error message
The permissions granted to user ""\IUSR_" are insufficient for performing this operation.
