Question : How to Export OWA content remotely?

Hi,
I've looked around and am still not convinced that it is not possible to export emails from OWA while not connected localy to the Exchange server.
We would like to export all email content from OWA including the folder structure already created online while using any means. Is it possible to do that through remote Outlook knowing that VPN is not available. How can we check if Outlook Anywhere would work. Is there another software that can pull all the content from OWA by providing the credentials to the inbox.
Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
