Question : VLOOKUP Problem

trying to use vlookup on sheet one to match part number and bring back description
giving REF errors

Answer : VLOOKUP Problem

Not sure where the problem comes ... I have just used teh following in the forst cell and copied down with no problem!

=VLOOKUP(B1,Sheet3!B:C,2)
