Question : Netman DCOM settings are disabled by default in Windows 7

I logged into windows 7 as a user which is under "Administrators" Group.
Go to Start -> Click on Control Panel ->Click on Administrative Tools -> Click on
Component Services
Expand Component Services --> Computers--> My Computer--> Expand DCOM Config.
search for netman. Right click on " netman". Select Properties in the context menu.
Go to Security Tab in "netman" Properties.We can see "Launch and Activate
Permissions", "Access Permissions" and "Configuration Permissions" are disabled by
default?
Even i am not able to change the settings of netman .
