Question : Importing Fixed Assets

I have a Fixed Asset list formatted in .csv and was wondering how to go about importing the Assets into GP.

Hi,

Try looking under the eConnect adapters.  There should be a folder called "Fixed Asset Manager".

If you don't see it, go into Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and then select Integration Manager and click on Change.

Make sure that you have the eConnect destination adapters installed.

If they still don't show up, try installing IM 10 SP4 (reboot required).
