Question : Migrate wss 3 internal sql express to sql 2008 server

Dear E,

I need your help in order to migrate the SQL 2005 express that was intall it for my WSS3 server on the same box a a new SQL 2008 std box that I got. I need to migrate all WSS3 databases , I mean content and config so i can uninstall the sql express from the WSS server.
An info or docs are welcome.

it is for upgrading sql server 2000 to 2008 but you too can use it.
