Question : Display RSS Feed in Access Database

I'm curious if there is a way to display an RSS feed on a form of an Access database. I'm working with Access 2000 here.

I'm thinking of pulling in a quote of the day from an RSS feed, or maybe even a Dilbert comic from a Dilbert RSS feed. Any way to do this on an Access Form?

Are there any reasons why I would NOT want to do this?
