Question : problems on startup

I am getting following messages upon starting in all applications:
OUTLOOK.exe - Bad Image; igfxtray.exe - Bad Image; LifeEXp.exe - bad Image
then each window says " The application on KLL C: \Windows\system32\zipowapu.dll is not a valid windows image.  Please check this against your installation diskette

over 30 of these have popped up :  Update.exe - Bad Image

Can someone suggest what this is and how to fix it please?

Answer : problems on startup

Actaully Might try the following first

OPen Outlook using the following

Start>Run>Outlook.exe /safe

See if it opens properly.

If it does, then theres likely an Add-In that is causing this problem

If its still does not Open, then Uninstall Office and Re-install
