Question : How do I differentiate font format within the same Text Box in a form using Access 2007?

The instructions below are contained in a Textbox in a form.  I want the word, "Instructions:" to be bold and underlined.  Can I do this within the same Textbox?

="Instructions: This form is to be completed by the parent or qualified student upon withdrawing from a KIPP: San Antonio campus.   A campus administrator, the campus office manager or registrar will assist the parent and/or student complete this form.  Under no circumstances will the parent or student complete the form without the assistance of school personnel.  When a parent or qualified student refuses to..."

Thanks in Advance

You'd use the new "rich text" feature of Access 2007:
