Question : Rename "Pinned" Remote Desktop Connections

Hi,
We have lots of remote servers we connect to using "Remote Desktop" and have the most frequent ones "pinned" to the Windows 7 start menu. Most are identified by an IP address which gets confusing so, apart from altering the local hosts file to create static maps, is there any way of renaming these connection shortcuts from eg. 127.0.0.1 to "Data Server" (that was just an example ;-)).
