Question : How to change SQL 2008 reporting services from native mode to sharepoint integrated mode

Hello,
I have installed SQL Server Reporting services 2008 and Project Server 2007 on the same machine (Project Server 2007 is sharepoint based application), while installing SQL 2008 Reporting services i did it in native mode.
I have deployed few reports & I am able to view the reports from IE. But I am not happy with the legacy folder type structure in the SSRS 2008 reportserver web application (native mode) . I want to change it to sharepoint integrated mode.
Can some provide me exact steps to covert the native mode SSRS 2008 to sharepoint integrated mode SSRS 2008.
