Question : How to input form data into table or query

I have a form with EmployeeName field from Table1. I then have 3 other text boxes on form Hours,Rate and the third which is Hours * Rate. I want to build a table from these fields so as I can build a report and printout. If i do a report on the fform as it is I only get the employeesname field.

Sorry for the multiple posts...

As for answering your original question...

After the "Entire database" is designed, you can create Reports from the queries and display whatever fields you like.

So before worrying about specific reports, you must be certain that your database table structure and relationships are complete and "Rock-Solid" first.
