Question : Connect to an XP PC with Windows 7
My laptop has Windows 7 installed. At the office we have an XP PC with a wireless router.
\When I connect to the wireless connection here at the office using my
Windows 7 laptop, in Devices and Printers I can see the printers that are connected to the XP machine, and I can print to these printers from my Windows 7 laptop.
However, I can not see or access the C drive on the XP PC.
What should I do so I can obtain access?
Thanks
Answer : Connect to an XP PC with Windows 7
typing it from the windows 7 box with the windows XP computers ip or hostname should do the trick than.
after which you should be able to map a drive if you dont want to type that in the run tool every time.
