Question : How to use the icons in the Office2007IconsGallery

After finding the links provided by the answers to previous questions about using additional icons in the Exel 2007 ribbon, I downloaded the file Office2007IconsGallery.xlsm from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=12b99325-93e8-4ed4-8385-74d0f7661318&displaylang=en&Hash=sXwJaKmgQm8QvR9fKB%2brI3haIQRyLES7qPacEHAhztp6zeaZT%2bWZF6%2ftcPFQ0Nt54HnImYSPTbgzf4Ppa6gmOA%3d%3d. When I opened that workbook sure enough there was an Icon Gallery group added to the Developer tab but when I view any of the galleries and click on one of the icons, it only tells me the name of the icon. I cannot figure out how to use any of those icons for a macro button on my ribbon. How would one do that?
