Question : Using IEAK8 to deploy IE8 to client computers
I am trying to deploy IE8 via Group Policy to client computers, I have downloaded IE8, IEAK8 and have everything in the same file folder(there is also a ieak.msi file). I have created a group policy as assigned so that the installation is automatic, and specified the location at the site where I am located so if there are issues I can deal with them before I deploy company wide. the IEAK.msi is the correct file to use for installing IE8 correct? If not when I try to run the IEAK Wizard it stops on the Auto Synchronization window and doesn't do anything, and won't allow me to create another .msi file......any suggestions?
