Question : ALL TS Printer showing inactive TS Port

My Client own a HP Lasjet 3030 printer(USB)  and is connected to his home computer.. the problem
is when he used RDP to his office windows 2003 server TS the local printer doesn't show up on
the local computer..even after clicking printer option before connecting to the TS.
Here were things have been done: 1. HP LaserJet 3030 driver install on server property
                                                         2. Created Printer to LPT1
On TS printer TS Port showing all showing inactive TS Port

On his home computer is the printer using a DOT4 port?
