Question : powerpoint shows gabbage text when opening

There are 5 PCs in my network which when I open powerpoint files in them , the text in the slides show as gabbage or chinese like characters.Pictures appear fine. When I open the same file in other PCs they open fine. Please help.

Especiallly if this is PPT 2007, I think you are seeing an issue with not having local printer drivers set as the default printer. Sounds weird, I know, but try these steps and see if that resolves the issue: http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00952.htm
