Question : SQL problem returning records

Hi,

I have a table tblMembers

memberID, Name, Option1, Option2, Option3, Option4, Address ....
 1               Joe        3             4            5             8
 2               Mary
 3               Jack
 4               Dave
 5               Brian
 6               Jane
 7               Tony
 8               Mark

The Options field contains the related membership numbers for the main members record.

If the stament select * from tblMembers where memberID = 1 is used then
the record set will have values in Option1, 2, 3,4

Is it possible to return these records in one sql statement along the following lines

select * from tblMembers where memberID in ( select option1,option2,option3,option4 from tblMembers where memberid=1)

Thanks
