Question : MS Access Subform Fixed Column Width

Is there a way to fix the column width of fields on a subform.  This is for a form only, not a report.

Actually, you have to get the columns to the width you want (in form view) and then SAVE. You can just hit Ctrl-S to save it. Problem is, your users can do the same thing.
