Question : Proxy Server 2.0 and Quake 3

How do I get Quake 3 to work through
Proxy Server 2.0?  I have the command
line like this already
"C:\q3test\quake3.exe +set net_socksEnabled 1 +set net_socksServer 90.0.0.50"
I think there needs to be a change in
Proxy server but what?
