Question : Word unable to print picture

hi,

have a user (running Windows 2000 professional with Word 2000) who inserts a jpeg into a word document but when he tries to print this document, all he gets in a blank page. he emailed this document to me and i can print jpeg fine (however i am using XP Professional with Word 2003).

asked user to check that  there is no tick in trhe picture placeholders box.

Answer : Word unable to print picture

From the Tools menu select Options. Then select the Print Tab. Make sure that there is a checkmark in "Drawing Objects"
