Question : Tray 900 Unable to Set Tray Icon error.  How do I clear it when Windows XP Pro starts?

When Windows XP Pro starts I get a error window Tray 900 Unable to Set Tray Icon.  How do I stop this from happening?

If I recall Tray900 is related to some type of third party application from an OEM. Do you really need it? If not just stop it from starting up, its not part of Windows XP.
