Question : ActiveX  "InetCtls.Inet.1" not found?

Hi:
I have a program use OCX "InetCtls.Inet.1" in class property
I have this error message "the object is not found in this control"
How can get it please?
And what I have to do to play it?

i get it from the company it self with a bat file to register it,
it works good
