Question : problem opening word attachment with XP professional

I have some emails with attachments from word (office 2003), and when I open I get the following error:
Can not create file xxxxxxx.doc.Haga secondary-click the folder where you want to create the file and choose Properties from the shortcut menu to check your permissions on that folder.
