Question : Charting A Series

This seems like it should be so easy.  I have a data series that looks like this:

Year   Count
2000    12
2001    5
2002    18
2003    4
2004    8

I want a line chart with Year on the X Axis and Count on the Y.  I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
