Question : Cannot connect new Windows 7 client to the domain

The following error occurred attempting to join the domain

I have tried to delete AD and recreate on Widows 7 but cannot see how, I'm sure I'm missing something

After all the tries performed on the server today it has been established that DHCP service is not running, no IP address, the server is cannot act as DHCP server. It looks as if the OS installation is incomplete or wrong. Everything points towards re-intallation or serious revamp. I thank you very much for your input and time, everything has been very informative and at long last I know what has been happening with this server, first hand. I very much appreciated your assistance even if there was no solution found to the problem, the problem is deeper than I thought. Thanks
