Question : User tasks information

What is the file and directory that keeps the  user tasks information is  Visual Studio Express?
I need it in order to add it to backup process.

They are stored in the Solution file's (.SLNs) parallel Solution User Options (.SUO) file. This file appears to be OLE Structured Storage, even in Whidbey.
