Question : Copy Excel and Paste Special into Outlook E-mail Message Body

Hey everyone, this should be a fairly simple question, I just can't seem to figure it out right now.  I have a macro in Excel VBA that does a whole lot of stuff.  At the very end, I would like the code to select cells A1 to J40 of sheet "Email Paste" and then paste it into the body of an e-mail message.  The e-mail message is also created by the macro, and the recipients, body text and subject are easily manipulated by the macro, I just can seem to be able to figure out the code to do a "Paste Special (Picture - Metafile)" into the body of the Mail Item.
