For disks which uses MBR, the maximum disk partition size limit is 2TB. If you convert your disk type to
GPT disk, then you will be able to create disk partitions up to 18EB. To get more details on GPT disk partitions, refer http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsServer/en/library/f9172c16-0114-49dc-bc92-608ff17b76e51033.mspx?mfr=true url.

Also, you can try change the cluster size to >= 4 KB size to support the drive partition of size > 2 TB. The more details are avail in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/140365/ url.
